In 1987, when quality dentistry was still not within everyone's reach in Spain, Dr. Sancho opened his first clinic in Sabadell. He saw a real need and decided to meet it.
Over time, the clinic moved to Barcelona. To the Sant Gervasi-Galvany neighbourhood, where it has been the trusted dentist of many families for more than three decades. The same place. The same commitment.
The people who look after your mouth every day.

Some people choose a profession. And some people choose a vocation. Dr. Sancho has spent more than 35 years proving that for him it was always the latter.
When he opened his first clinic in Sabadell in 1987, quality dentistry was not something accessible to everyone in Spain. He saw that need and decided to meet it. With honesty, without over-treatment, with the time each patient needs.
Today, more than three decades later, he is still at the same clinic in Sant Gervasi-Galvany. Some of his patients are children of patients who came when he was starting out. That says more than any qualification.
Oral surgeon · Implantologist · Prosthodontist
Carlos grew up watching his father work. And at some point he decided that continuing what his father had built was not enough — he wanted to bring something more. So he studied, specialised and went out to learn where it is best taught.
He graduated from the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, completed a three-year International Master's in Oral Surgery with 180 credits, did a clinical residency at New York University and specialised in advanced surgery at ESIRO-UCAM. He is certified by the European Association for Osseointegration — the world reference in implants.
Today he works at Clínica Dental Sancho as a specialist in oral surgery, implantology and prosthetics on implants. His focus on digital planning and guided surgery lets him tackle complex cases with a precision that wasn't possible before. When he is not in the clinic, he teaches what he knows: he is an associate professor at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.
Dental hygienist · Clinical assistant and reception
Some people pass through a clinic. And some people become part of it. Toni is the latter.
She has been at Clínica Dental Sancho for more than 20 years — since 2002. She has seen the clinic grow, has met patients of all ages and has become one of the pillars that keep everything running. Hygiene, clinical assistance, administration, reception. Whatever is needed.
Trained as a Dental Hygienist at EASO Polytechnic in San Sebastián, also qualified as a Dental Assistant and licensed as an X-ray operator. She has completed specific training in dental whitening, scaling and root planing techniques, and surgical assistance in implants with Nobel Biocare.
Dental hygienist · Clinical assistant
Judit brings something not everyone brings to a dental clinic: an international perspective. Besides her training in Barcelona and her experience at several clinics in the city, she spent a season working as a hygienist in Australia — something you can tell in how she adapts to each patient and handles the most varied situations.
At Clínica Dental Sancho since 2022, she is the go-to person for patients who prefer to communicate in English — a detail that many Barcelona clinics overlook and that makes a real difference for international patients.
Graduated as a Dental Hygienist at Escola Pejoan, Barcelona. X-ray operator since 2013. Experience in hygiene and dental assistance at Barcelona clinics, including assistance in orthognathic surgery.
In 35 years we have seen many things change. Materials, technology, treatments. Today we work with an intraoral scanner, plan computer-guided surgeries and have access to training that didn't exist twenty years ago.
What hasn't changed is the underlying idea: treat each person as they deserve. Without rushing. Explaining what there is. Without recommending what isn't needed. With honesty, even when that's sometimes not what the patient wants to hear.
And increasingly, we work with the conviction that the mouth is not an isolated compartment. What happens in the mouth affects posture, breathing, rest, general health. That's why we incorporate approaches such as masticatory and respiratory rehabilitation — not because it's trendy, but because it makes clinical sense.
The first visit is the best way to see if we are the dentist you're looking for.
No commitment. With all the time you need.
